The intake call is a diagnostic, not a pitch. We spend most of it on your numbers: where leads come from today, what each one costs, how many turn into booked jobs, and what happens to a job after it is booked. That sequence matters more than channel preference, because the same ad budget produces wildly different outcomes depending on whether the phone gets answered, the tech shows up on time, and the invoice reflects the work performed.
By the end of the call you should be able to name your single largest constraint and the two or three moves that would relieve it over the next quarter. If that constraint is something we are not the right partner for, we will tell you directly and point you somewhere better.
We work with a limited number of residential and commercial service businesses at a time because the work is hands-on. Good fits usually share three traits: consistent revenue, a team capable of absorbing more volume, and an owner willing to change how the business runs rather than only how it advertises.
Poor fits are not a judgment on the business. Companies still finding product-market fit, or those looking to buy leads without changing operations, are better served by a specialist vendor than by an integrated growth partner.
Applications are reviewed by an operator, not a scheduling bot. You will hear back within one business day with either a calendar link or a straight answer about why the timing is not right. If we move forward, the first thirty days are diagnostic and build: audit of channels and unit economics, tracking and attribution cleanup, and a written plan with owners and dates attached to each workstream.
